CheeWy GooeY Brownies

Cheewy Gooey brownies yg yummy gummy....hehehe. Nama nye mmng sesuai dan sesedap bunyi nye....mmng best tau. Dah lama gak mencari brownies yg sesedap nie. Bagi aku it is the best at this moment...ehem2 mn lh tau mungkin satu masa nnti akn ada yg lg yummy kn2? So yang tue nnti kita cerita laen lh....lalalalal~

Resipi ini diambil dari dapur Kak Zai Walaupn xsempat kabo kn...hehe, harap kak zai izinkn neh. Untuk resepi nyer boleh ler kome refer sini. I love its' texture. Tak terlalu gebu mcm kek, keras tp moist. Bila mkn mcm makan choc bar. Bila dipotong nmpk crunchy sangat kat permukaan brownies tue.....suka..suka...sukaa.Lagi lama disimpan makin sedap tau....tp jgn ler korang simpan sampai bekulat. Itu nk cari nahas namanya...mmg dah taksub sgt da tue...hehehehe. Munkin untuk resepi nie boleh dikurangkn lagi amount gulanya dlm 2 ~ 3 tbsp lg....but up to you all...pape pn boley.

Ngee sebenarnya agak berat @ malas nk taip resepi nye hari ini. Sekadar copy and paste je dari blog Kak Zai. Sama je.....cuma gula je kurangkn sikit k. Hehehe mekasih kak Zai and kenkawan.

Cheewy Gooey Brownies
Ingredients
125g butter
200g dark chocolate - i used dark choc collata
3 eggs
1 ¾ cup caster sugar - Kak Zai kurangkan jd 1 1/2 cup je tp aku kurangkn lagi sebanyak 2tbsp
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 ½ cup plain flour (sifted)
1/3 cup cocoa powder (sifted)
2 cups chopped nuts of your choice - I used almond nibs

Method
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius. Brush a shallow 8x11 inch tin with melted butter. Line the base with baking paper, extending over the two long sides.
  2. Double-boil butter and dark chocolate until melt. Add caster sugar, mix well. Remove bowl of mixture from pan of simmering water.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time. Mixing thoroughly with every addition. Add vanilla essence. Mix well.
  4. Add sifted flour and cocoa powder. Mix well. Add nuts. Mix well.
  5. Pour mixture into the prepared tin and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool before cutting into pieces.
