Tried by: Me (^  ^)

Ingredient A (Base):
8 - 10pcs Oreo Cookies (Take out the cream) - Grind and keep 1tbsp for sprinkle
2tbsp Butter - Melted

Ingredient B:
270g Cream Cheese -At room T
50g Castor sugar - I reduce to 40g
70g Butter - At room T
2tbsp Concentrated milk
160ml Whipping Cream + 1 tbsp lemon juice
1tsp Vanilla Essence
1tbsp Gelatin
2tbsp Hot water
4 - 6pcs Oreo being roughly crush for deco and mix with cake

Methods:
1. Prepare loose base tray for Cheese Cake. (For this amount of ingredients, suitable for Tray size 6')
2. Combine all ingredient A and make a layer. Compact it. Keep in the fridge for a while.
3. In a small container dilute the Gelatin with hot water (You can put in microwave for 5sec ----> Believe me, it is more easier)
4. Whisk the whipping cream together with the lemon juice  until the mixture can hold itself.
5. In other bowl, whisk cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and concentrated milk until well incorporated and soft.
6. Pour the 1/3 batter into tray followed by Oreo cookies. Continue this steps until finish.
   (Depends on your own creativity)
7. Sprinkle the 1tbsp Oreo and let it cool in the fridge for 4 ~ 5 hours.
