Butterscotch Sauce
Can produce 1.5 to 2 jar like picture

Ingredients:
2/3 cup brown sugar
6 tbsp butter
1/2 cup golden syrup
1/2 cup heavy cream/ whipping cream
a pinch of salt

Methods:
1. Combine brown sugar, butter, salt and corn syrup in a pan and heat in a slow heat until the sugar melt.
2. Slowly stir and add whipping cream.
3. Cook until it become thick
4. Let it cool before serve.

Note:
* Do not stir too frequently to avoid too many bubble...
* The other method of preparing the butterscotch did not allow the process of stirring the sugar. However this method is OK....so easy right?
