Sweet Corn Muffin

Yuhuuu...salam....and happy saturday to all. Best nyer kalau hari2 cuti mcm nie kn..kn...rasa tenang jiwa raga...boley masak untuk family and suami tercinta...cewahhhh...As usual, diri nie mana mau duduk diam2...xsenang duduk kalau tgk dapur x berasap..oven x panas....mmng jiwa kacau lh....so godek2 lh dapur kecilku tue....

Taraa...nk buat muffin jagung lh...nmpk mcm menarik je tgk resepi dkt google tue...huhuhuhu....moh kita layan resepi moh...tp versi aku adlh versi derhaka...kakakaka....what ever...asalkan bahagia....sape2 nk cuba, korang boleh pilih nk try yg asal or versi aku yg derhaka tue....zassstttt


Corn Muffin ( Original Recipe)

Ingredients:
125g butter
80g castor sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp honey
3/4 cup cornmeal
1 tsp double action baking powder
1/2 cup milk
200g all purpose flour
3/4 cup fresh corn kernels

Merhods:
Pre-heat oven @ T= 180°C
1. Beat butter with sugar and salt until light and creamy.
2. Add honey and eggs and mix till well combine
3. Add the combine flour and baking powder, cornmeal and milk. Mix well.
4. Add milk while mixing.
5. Lastly add fresh corn and mixwd until all combine.
6. Scoop the mixture into papercup and bake in the oven for 20~25mins.

Sweet Corn Muffin ( My version)

Bahan2:
125g butter
70g  gula halus
2 telur
1/2 tsp garam halus
1 tbsp golden syrup (madu beku dlm peti ais....sbb tu tukar)
3/4 cup cornflakes kisar (replace sbb xde stock cornmeal)
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup susu
200g tepung gandum
3/4 cup jagung manis dlm tin ( ngeee xsempat nk cr jagung and rebus)

Cara2:
Pre-heat oven @ T= 180°C

1. Putar butter,  gula dan garam sampai kembang.
2. Masukkn golden syrup dan telur dan putar sehingga sebati.
3 . Masukkn tepung yg tlh dicampur dgn baking powder, cornflakes dan susu secara berselang seli. Kacau 
sehingga sebati.
4. Akhir sekali masukkn jagung dan kacau guna senduk sampai agak2 sebati je.
5. Sediakan mangkuk kertas....cedok 1 scoop ice cream kedlm setiap mangkuk kertas dan bakar selama 20~ 25 min (bergantung pada oven masing 2)
6. Siap utk dihidang.....sedap dimakan panas2...weheeee

Senang jer kn....xsusah pn....Selamat mencuba...dan selamat merasa....mekasih pada ruan empunya resepi...harap2 xmarah ler sbb memandai ubah resepi....kreatif lh konon....tp...insyallah korang mesti suka versi derhaka punya...sbb xberapa manis...gebussss...dan moist...nyum2.....
