| Marshmallow Muffins.........so yummy and chewy.....weheeee~ |
Salam and Hi to all friends, bloggers and anyone who visit my blogs. Sorry for my silence....my health not very good for the passed few weeks...Alhamdullilah everything getting better now. As I promise before....today I'll share the Marshmallow Muffins for you all to try. This muffins taste chocolaty and also chewy due to the presence of marshmallow. Kids do love this muffins...believe me!! Hehehehe....hope you all like it and don't miss it ok.....
Marshmallow Muffins
Ingredients:
70g butter
275g plain flour
6tbsp cocoa powder
3tsp baking powder
55g marsmallow
85g castor sugar
100g choc chips
300ml milk
1egg
Method:
1. Sift the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder together
2. Stir in sugar, marshmallow and choc chips in the flour mixture.
3. Whisk egg, milk and melted butter in separate bowl.
4. Then gently stir into the flour to form stiff mixture.
5. Bake in pre-heated oven at T = 190'C for 20 to 25 minutes.
Let it cool first before serve.....Taraaaa so simple and easy to bake.....don't forget to try ok!!
