CheeWy GooeY Brownies

Cheewy Gooey brownies yg yummy gummy....hehehe. Nama nye mmng sesuai dan sesedap bunyi nye....mmng best tau. Dah lama gak mencari brownies yg sesedap nie. Bagi aku it is the best at this moment...ehem2 mn lh tau mungkin satu masa nnti akn ada yg lg yummy kn2? So yang tue nnti kita cerita laen lh....lalalalal~

Resipi ini diambil dari dapur Kak Zai Walaupn xsempat kabo kn...hehe, harap kak zai izinkn neh. Untuk resepi nyer boleh ler kome refer sini. I love its' texture. Tak terlalu gebu mcm kek, keras tp moist. Bila mkn mcm makan choc bar. Bila dipotong nmpk crunchy sangat kat permukaan brownies tue.....suka..suka...sukaa.Lagi lama disimpan makin sedap tau....tp jgn ler korang simpan sampai bekulat. Itu nk cari nahas namanya...mmg dah taksub sgt da tue...hehehehe. Munkin untuk resepi nie boleh dikurangkn lagi amount gulanya dlm 2 ~ 3 tbsp lg....but up to you all...pape pn boley.

Ngee sebenarnya agak berat @ malas nk taip resepi nye hari ini. Sekadar copy and paste je dari blog Kak Zai. Sama je.....cuma gula je kurangkn sikit k. Hehehe mekasih kak Zai and kenkawan.

Cheewy Gooey Brownies
Ingredients
125g butter
200g dark chocolate - i used dark choc collata
3 eggs
1 ¾ cup caster sugar - Kak Zai kurangkan jd 1 1/2 cup je tp aku kurangkn lagi sebanyak 2tbsp
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 ½ cup plain flour (sifted)
1/3 cup cocoa powder (sifted)
2 cups chopped nuts of your choice - I used almond nibs

Method
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius. Brush a shallow 8x11 inch tin with melted butter. Line the base with baking paper, extending over the two long sides.
  2. Double-boil butter and dark chocolate until melt. Add caster sugar, mix well. Remove bowl of mixture from pan of simmering water.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time. Mixing thoroughly with every addition. Add vanilla essence. Mix well.
  4. Add sifted flour and cocoa powder. Mix well. Add nuts. Mix well.
  5. Pour mixture into the prepared tin and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool before cutting into pieces.

Super Chocolate Buttermilk Cake

Yuhuuu....salam and hi to all bloggers. It's rainy season in my hometown. That makes my laziness to go work and sleepiness stay at maximum level...Huaaa 65km x 2 everyday...Caiyok2. It makes me feel like hiding in my blanket and stay under my hubby warm arm....weheee~ so sweet...However, there is not much thing to say or to share for this week. Only a simple Chocolate Buttermilk cake for everyone to enjoy.....So yummy, moist and rich of chocolate. I covered it with fresh cream...i'm quite suprise coz that cake only managed to stay in the fridge for 2 days.Previously more than 3 days.Hurm it is an improvement for me..Heeehehehe...lalalalala...

For sure, i'll make this cake again. Maybe can make it as a cupcake,hehehe. But for this few days, i'm planning of making the cheewy gooey choc brownies that i have dream of making it for long time. It just that i never cross to a great recipes. But yesterday i found  it...jeng3. We will see what is the result. who knows right? I'll share the recipes once completed. Fondant Couple Cuppies (^ ^)

Salam and hi to all bloggers. As promised yesterday, here is  makeover (Add fondation and eye shadow) that i did to the choc mocha and kelapa pandan cupcake. Just do some practical after the fondant class that i went few weeks ago. Ehem2....seems that everything running smoothly starting from making the fondant by myself until decorating and create figurine on the cupcake. Just one step forwad, however need more practice (^ ~). I just decorate 4 cuppies. And this cuppies was specially made for my husband....mmmmuuaaahhh..hehehehe. Maybe you all can judge the cuppies weather ok or not. A+ right? hehehehe so those planning for engagement or wedding can try order from me neh.....(Advertisment and Promotion)..weheeee~.

Choc Mocha Cupcake

Salam to all.....(^  ^). I really have a great weekend even though most of my time playing with my gadget at the kitchen (as usual..nananana~). Hehe...just wanna try making new flavor of cupcake....Anyway it ended ok, and everyone likes it....weeee~....that makes me more excited and motivated. Yesterday i have made chocolate mix with mocha flavor cupocake. The combination of these two flavor really superb and compatible. Not so sweet nor bitter. I'll make this cupcake as one of my menu list.Hurmmm, hope that everyone will enjoy and like it...Insyaallah.
 
 
Looks so simple right? Well this one is before makeup...Need to put eye shadow and fondation first. Maybe in the next post i'll show you after make over. Wehee.......wait and see neh. Upsss, i also have made some kelapa pandan cupcake that i shared in the last post. That one was requested by my mom. But after tasting the choc mocha cupcake, she love and prefer that one more. HoW to PrePare ButterMilk?

Buttermilk?? Nak dijadikan cerita...aku dulu pn bkn nyer tau apa tue buttermilk....tapi memandangkan skrg nie segala nyer di hujung jari, maka akhirnya dapat lh juga search info tentang buttermilk neh....Tapi aku rajin sket (perasan sekali sekala) so, aku search video dlm youtube...hehehehe. Kita xlah pakai buttermilk nie hari2. So, when you try one, you have to use homemade buttermilk or get it ready-made.The remaining buttermilk has to be stored in the refrigerator, tapi selalu nyer dibuang jerk.......Kebanyakan baker gemar guna subtitues buttermilk drpd buttermilk buatan sendiri....Walaupn cepat dan jimat masa, tapi still xsama woooo. namun, aku prefer yg substitus...hehehehe

Here are some recipes to make buttermilk substitutes.

Method 1: In order to make a cup of buttermilk, you need one cup of milk (preferably whole milk), one tablespoon of lemon juice or white vinegar. Add lemon juice or vinegar to the milk and mix well with a spoon. If you are using lemon juice, make sure to sieve it, so as to remove the seeds and pulp. (You can even use lemon juice concentrate.) Wait for five to ten minutes. The lemon juice/vinegar will curdle the milk that can be used as a buttermilk substitute.

Method 2: You can make a substitute for buttermilk, by adding 1¾ teaspoons of cream of tartar to a cup of plain milk. Mix it well with the milk and keep it aside for ten minutes. You can use the curdled solution as a replacement for buttermilk. Nowadays, buttermilk powder is also available, which has to be mixed with sufficient water to make buttermilk.

Method 3: You may replace buttermilk with yogurt too. All you have to do is to check the amount of buttermilk needed for the recipe and replace it with the same amount of yogurt. But only plain yogurt will serve the purpose and not the flavored ones, which can spoil the flavor of the dish. Some people use plain milk as an alternative to buttermilk.

Method 4: Another buttermilk substitute can be prepared by adding equal amounts of milk and yogurt. If you need one cup of buttermilk, you have to take ½ cup yogurt and ½ cup of plain milk. Mix well and use the solution, once it curdles. You may also use sour cream (mixed with 2 to 3 tablespoons of milk) as a substitute for buttermilk.

a). 1 cup plain milk + 1 tbsp lemon juice
b). 1 cup plain milk + 1 tbsp white vinegar
c). ½ cup plain milk + ½ cup yogurt
d). 1 cup sour cream + 2 tbsp plain milk
e). 1 cup plain yogurt
f). 1 cup plain milk + 1¾ tsp cream of tartar
g). 1 cup plain water + 4 tbsp powdered buttermilk

Fondant Class & Perasmian

Weee......hi all.....at last, aku dapat gak belajar buat fondant and deco cupcake dgn fondant hari sabtu lepas.Sory ler lmbat upload....sblm nie sekadar belajar teori dr internet je. Bila da buat praktikal neh best tau....macam main plastesin jer....minat giler dohhhhhh....so cute. Thanks to Kak Ris merangkap meine sifu. Walaupun sesat smpi 1/2 jam tp aku xpatah semangat k...hehehe. Anak2 dia mmng agresif tp best.Nanti saya gi belajar buat benda laen lak eik Kak Ris...(^  ^) ngeeee.....Jom, sape nk ikut sama gi kelas nnti meh gi sesame....weheee~

Lemon & Kelapa Pandan Cupcake

Yuhuu....biasalah, hari weekend mmng hari yg dinanti-nantikn. Ada jer benda yg nk dibuat...kekadang tue sesaje jerk buat2 sibuk memasak, sibuk bejalan and ada yg buat2 sibuk hal org....hoho yg last tue mmng bahaya...Petang tadi terasa nk baking.....just baking simple and easy cupcake untuk minum petang. Kebetulan pula mak long pn ada....so apa lagi mmng best ler....coz nnti ada org yg leh mkn hasil tgn aku...I like....Yg membuat tue bkn nyer mkn bnyk pn, nasib ler saper yg jadi mangsa tuk habiskan...wahahahaha...Cupcake nie lebey kurang mcm basic cupcake lh. Terpulang lh pada korang nk letak perasa or perisa apa pn...tp utk hari nie aku gunakan perisa kelapa pandan and lemon.xde frosting2 k, nama pn simple. Sekali sekala bila mkn cuppies yg kosong tanpa cream nie sedap tau.....Perghhh habis satu rumah bau lemon and pandan. Kalau xcaye cuba korang buat. Tapi kalau malas, nk order pn xpe....ngeeee (^ ~). So let us go through the recipe ok (Resipi  nyer sajer aku wat versi English......manalah tau ada yg xfaham..kikikikiki.)

Lemon & Kelapa Pandan Cupcake
Bahan2 / Ingredients:
115g butter/ margarine
80g castor sugar
2 eggs
150g self rising flour (sifted)
4 tbsp milk
1 tsp lemon paste
A little bit of grated lemon peel

Cara2/ Method:
1. Mixed butter and sugar until well incorporated.
2. Add egg one by one, lemon paste and grated lemon peel.
3. Lastly add sifted flour litle by little together with the milk.
4. Mix all the ingredients well and get the oven ready at T=170'C and ready to bake for 20~25 mins
    (depends on oven)

Taraaaaaa...............So simple kan? hehehe ready to serve and eat. Bagi nk perasa lain, tue tukar jer lah dkt bahagian perisa. Tapi kna pandai2 agak juga.....takot kalau pakai perisa yg jenis liquid tue lain lak amaunt nyer compare dgn yg paste....Selamat mencuba!!!

Brownies verSi KeK

Just want to upload the pictue......Gatal bebenor tgn nie....hehehehe. Walaupn rupanyer xlah menarik, sememeh and tertarik tapi layannnnn jer k. Bentuk asal kek nie adalah brownies....tp dah ditukar menjadi kek....mmng moist and yummy...namun bagi yg ada penyakit kencing manis mungkin xsesuai kot....hehehe....Anyway, projek  nie boleh dikatakan sukses kot. Aku hadiahkn kek nie untuk mak su aku....xsempat ler nk mendecorate (perosak bahasa)....yg penting hati mau ikhlas bila buat. Baru ler yg xsedap menjadi sedap, dan yg sedap bertambah2 sedap...weheee....i like. Hope my Mak Su enjoy it.

ChoColate CupCake + Peanut BuTTer FroStinG

It's been a while since the last post. And yes i'm still here. This was my latest project, a choc cupcake with peanut butter frosting. Just bake it fo my family, suka2 jerk....But i did do some adjustment (hahaha....follow my style) and it end up so yummy and moist.. I don't exactly know how to describe the taste. Anyway, it's an OK job.
