ChoColate CappuChino Cake

Hi.....salam to all my frens. Uhuk2....this week don't have enough time for baking and experiments coz got orders to complete...so no lab cakes for taste and share, hehehehe. However i did have 1 recipe that i would like to share to you all. This cake looks like the cake that we normally buy at the bakery....the sponge cake top with cream and glazed with choc rice....hurmmmm....my mum always buy that cake for me when i was a kid. But now, i can made it by myself for my mum...weheeee~....i really wanna try this recipe but maybe on this saturday. so why not you all try first. Don't worry, it will end up ok if you are using the right technique...insyaallah...This recipe was adopted from one of my favourite books and this one from Chef Zubaidah...Most of her recipe taste great and.....yummmy and deboooommmm. Ingredients:
250g Butter
200g castor sugar
220g self-raising flour (sifted)
5 eggs (A gred)
60g cocoa powder (sifted)
1tbsp cappuchino emulco
100g grated cooking choc
1tsp soda bicarbonate (SB)

Methods:
1. Pre-heat oven @ T=150'C (never forget to heat oven first before bake)
2. Add eggs one at a time followed by flour, cocoa powder and SB. Mix evenly.
3. Fold in cappuchino emulco and grated choc.
4. Pour batter into 8' round mould and bake for 35mins.
5.Chill and....taraaa........ready to decorate with cappuchino cream.

Cappuchino Cream
200g whipping cream (Fresh Cream)
100g icing sugar (sifted)
1tsp cappuchino emulco

Whisk whipped cream until stiff peak form. Add sugar and emulco and beat untill well mixed.
