Taraaaa......Salam and Guten morgen.....Im quite energetic today coz last night have enough sleep...kakakaka....Hurmmmm, time pass by so quickly right?? Just 4 days to enter a new year...YEAR 2013....well, i hope that this coming new year will be better to all of us...Insyaallah....I'll try my best for this last few days and also for the coming 2013.....weheeeee~

This sweet Blue in color cake was specially made for Raabiaatul & her fiance Mohd Firdaus, my frens sister for their engagement ceremony. I really...really suprise that this cake end up great and this cake is one of my best design...hehehehe....yeayyyy got improvement....Hope that they enjoy the cake. One of the comments they give that "cantik......rasa sayang jer nak makan"...hehehe trouble neh....Anyway thanks to all of them and also Congrats to Raabiaatul & Mohd Firdaus.....zassssttttttttt

She is a fren of my Mak Su....Hurmmm doesnt it looks yummy...nyum2...the shining of the choc make me feel so chocolaty....even you can see your face at the ganache surface....kakakaka what eva...Anyway thanks and credit to ayu for giving her trust to taste my cake....ngeee....Hope she enjoy it. PaVloVa....Lova...LoVa...week

Alhamdulillah... Thanks to Allah for giving me an opportunity to be in this world and to feel the new week again.....Hi all and salam. Yesterday was my best rest day.....feeling so fresh today after having enough sleep....but as usual, Monday is my Monday Bluessss......(^  ^), even though have enough sleep i still feel so lazy today. Wasn't it great if today is still Sunday....hahaha. Last week was my PaVlova week....Almost everyday i need to prepare the merangue for the pavlova...really enjoy making it even though quite tired....Like my hubby said, "It is not easy to become easy, but it is not hard to become hard"...jeng3....Anyway thanks to all who support and orders the PaVlova...Lova...Lova from me....mmmuuaaaahhhhhhhh.

Salam, Hehehe.....This one is my first attempt in Soft Fondant Cake after my training class....Alhamdulillah it end up ok and marvellous. Congrats to Putt and his fiancé coz now officially engaged. Welcome to a new phase in your life and hope that it will last till marriage....weeewiiittt.......I also hope that they enjoy my cake and love it.

Don't have enough time to snap picture coz already late to go work. I pipe the pavlova fillings in the morning so that it can last long....weheeee. My Precious Books

Hi all...Salam.....Hope that you all in a good condition Insyaallah. I'm quite sleepy today coz last night got orders for pavlova, durian crepe and corn crepe. However, i am so grateful coz my hubby also help me in completing the customers' orders...weheee....it is one of my enjoyable moment...don't jeallous ok...lalalalala~ Later i'll share the picture eik.....

Today I just wanna share some of my favourite books for you all to view...hehe love all these cooking book and already become my favourite collection...The books thus help me in baking especiallly in understanding the purpose and function of ingredients and also how to use the right technique apart from the baking class. I also loves collecting the cooking magazines especially when the main topic related to pastry or cakes...Hurmmmm i'm so crazy in baking.....no doubt (^  ^)..So let us see the overview of the books.....yeayeahhhhhhhhhh.....zassstttt

Durian Crepe- New Look

Hehehe....again, Durian Crepe on the track....i'm quite impress with this DC market. Everyone keep asking how it taste and where we can get it...well, easy....you can get it from me....hehehehe. Since that the feedback from my frens on this DC really good, so, i'm upgrading the packaging style so that they will enjoy it more....the price is still the same...10pcs = RM15...and now EasyBites-Cakes also have Corn Crepe and Mango Crepe.....but overall the Durian Crepe is the best and no other crepe can challenge it...weheeeee~

ChoColate CappuChino Cake

Hi.....salam to all my frens. Uhuk2....this week don't have enough time for baking and experiments coz got orders to complete...so no lab cakes for taste and share, hehehehe. However i did have 1 recipe that i would like to share to you all. This cake looks like the cake that we normally buy at the bakery....the sponge cake top with cream and glazed with choc rice....hurmmmm....my mum always buy that cake for me when i was a kid. But now, i can made it by myself for my mum...weheeee~....i really wanna try this recipe but maybe on this saturday. so why not you all try first. Don't worry, it will end up ok if you are using the right technique...insyaallah...This recipe was adopted from one of my favourite books and this one from Chef Zubaidah...Most of her recipe taste great and.....yummmy and deboooommmm. Don't miss the opportunity to try OK!!...well, feel the joy of baking and enjoy the taste.....zasstttttt

Ingredients:
250g Butter
200g castor sugar
220g self-raising flour (sifted)
5 eggs (A gred)
60g cocoa powder (sifted)
1tbsp cappuchino emulco
100g grated cooking choc
1tsp soda bicarbonate (SB)

Methods:
1. Pre-heat oven @ T=150'C (never forget to heat oven first before bake)
2. Add eggs one at a time followed by flour, cocoa powder and SB. Mix evenly.
3. Fold in cappuchino emulco and grated choc.
4. Pour batter into 8' round mould and bake for 35mins.
5.Chill and....taraaa........ready to decorate with cappuchino cream.

Cappuchino Cream
200g whipping cream (Fresh Cream)
100g icing sugar (sifted)
1tsp cappuchino emulco

Whisk whipped cream until stiff peak form. Add sugar and emulco and beat untill well mixed.

Durian Crepe (DC).....Getting knoWn & well-Liked

Alhamdullillah.....The orders and feedback  from customer for this DC indeed encouraging and keep increasing. Currently the DC is quite famous and increasingly widespread...Last weekends i just focus on making this DC. Hehehe....it takes quite some times to prepare the crepe layer....because the thinnest the layer is, then the more we can taste the flavour of the fillings...hurmmmm so yummy and creamy. Nyum3...

There is a stories behind my first attempt in making the DC...hahaha, i'm quite suprise when i want to buy the 12cm pan used for making the crepe layer at Giant Supermarket. This small pan already sold out. Luckily for me there is one more left behind and hidden behind other big pan....jeng3.......only one left....This clearly proves that the DC market keep growing.... (erkkk competitors also increasing)...lalalalala~

This are some of my first DC order for last week....Really an enjoyable moment but need more patience and diligence...Hehehehehe....Planning to open re-order again. Thank for those who order and give their supports. Hope you'll enjoy the taste of DC....zasssttttt.

Doraemon & Dorami for Mukhriz & Alysya

Yuhuuu....again, Doraemon is back...but this time with Doramie. So cute right..? This 2 cute cakes was order by my colleague for their son and daughter. They wish to celebrate the birthday party with their family members and invites their kids' fren. What a lovely parents...Hope that everything running smoothly as planned. It made me look back my childhood memory where my parents were also celebrating ours birthday. Hurmmmm....really miss my father. My fren said that if they order one cake, the daughter my get  jealous and WAR begins....Hahahaha. If im not mistaken, Mukhriz is jus 5 years and Alysya is only 3 years. But kids nowadays so clever, naughty, smoothie and pampered. It depends on us how we gonna shape them and how we want them to be....That is the big challenges that parents have to face. Chaiyyooook!! and thank you for ordering cakes from me. Heheheheheh
