WeHeee........i'm really suprise with my own handmade of Soft Fondant Cake or in other words Steam Buttercream. Don't you all suprise?? cewahhhhh.....hehehehe.At first, it is quite hard to make the buttercream flower....well, of course lh coz i never did this before....But in future i am sure that i will make it better and better. As usual, practice make perfect right??
Anyway, making this soft fondant cake really one of my enjoyable moment....i am very satisfied with my work. Thanks to my Sifu (Kak Yus) for the unforgettable knowledge..MmmmmuaaHHhhh.

This Soft Fondant Cake very suitable for weeding and engagement. The technique can also be apply on the other type of cake such as Birthday...or anniversary or etc. It is just depends on the decorator or requestor..hehehehe...Those who interested can just call or sms me ok....Dont shy2 cat (ader ker?)...Lets the party begin with these beautiful cakes....Layannnnnnn...zassssttttttttt.
