Recently, I'm quite busy with my office work and also other daily routine....At the same time, I am also working hard to conceive...I have gone through the HSG Test, and Alhamdulillah everything normal. My husband also normal. Everything happen with Allah willing and should never give up....Your DOA @ prayer is highly appreciated.
I think, it's almost 3 months since my last update. I only manage to update some of the customer order on the last few days. Uhuk2...sorry to all my dearest customer for my late update..hehehe i already forgot some of the customer name. Hope that you all still enjoy visiting my blog....
Anyway, today I would like to share a recipe that I try recently...BREAD PUDDINGS with VANILLA CUSTARD SAUCE. Hehehe...I do search in google and blog walking. There are so many technique and of course some of them have different ingredients. Thank you to the owner of the recipe (so many...).
Bread Puddings
Source: Dapur Tanpa Sempadan
Ingredients:
5 to 6 slices Gardenia Bread (I used Gardenia Butterscoth Bread)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp butter (Melt and let it cool for a while)
1 egg
1 cup milk (I used Full cream milk)
Raisins
Chocolate Chips (I added)
Methods: Pre-heat oven at T=180'C
1. Blend all the ingredients except bread, choc chips and raisins.
2. Cut the bread into half or small pieces (Up top you all)
3. Arrange bread in a tray/ casserole and sprinkle the choc chips and raisin.
4. Repeat step 3 until all bread finished.
5. Pour all the blended ingredients slowly. wait 10 to 15 mins until the liquid adsorb
6. Bake in the oven for 20 to 30 mins untill golden brown (Depends on your oven).
Chill it first before serve....I put in the fridge for few hours and then serve..really yummy. Feels like eanting an ice-cream, so creamy.
Vanilla Custard Sauce
Ingredients:
1 cup milk
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp custard flour
1/2 tsp vanilla.
Methods:
1. Mix well all the ingredients except vanilla.
2. Put on stove at medium heat and stir continuously until concentrated
