Chilled Orange Oreo Cheese Cake
1set (250g) = RM15
1kg = RM65

Taraaaaaaaa.........Chilled Orange Oreo Cheese Cake...errkkkkk what a long name. I don't know what else to call....maybe can give a short name O2 Cheese Cake...is it ok? O2 is oxygen...hahahahaha. Or do you have any idea?....sharing is caring right? Who knows, you might get a special gifts from me...hehehehehe.

Well....this cheese cake is one of the new menu in EBC. After some modifications, pre-tasting and get positive and negative feedback by family and members, few improvements have been made. I believe that you all will enjoy this. It taste so cheesy but yet not too queasy due to the presence of orange fillings. Not too sweet because i already find the suitable amount of sugar and fillings suits with the cake and Oreo.

Thanks to all who had give their comments and suggestions. This size of packing also suitable....why??? because, as you all know cheese is quite queasy if we eat in a large quantity...right? So.....this size of packing will suite you all...lalalalala......easy to eat...easy to carry....come on.......start sms and order it from me ok...hehehehehehe...mmmuaaaahhhh

1/2tsp vanilla extract

Method: Pre-heat oven at T=180'C for 10mins.
For Crust:
1. Cream butter & sugar until smooth, fluffy and light in color.
2. Add egg and vanilla. Mix well.
3. Sift in flour and mix all ingredients until well combine. Knead into dough.
4. Roll out the dough and and cut using cookies cutter.
5. Press the dough using your thumb into the tarts tins. Make untill finish all.

For Custard:
1. Add sugar into hot water, mix until completely dissolved.
